Visa Pricing
You will be charged for the Stamp Fee and the Service Fee. The Stamp Fee, is set by the Vietnamese government. You have to pay this fee in cash in US$ when you collect your visa at the airport. In addition we will charge you a Service Fee to cover our cost and time to arrange for your visa approval letter. So the total amount you pay is the Stamp Fee plus the Service Fee. A Service Fee discount is given for groups over 2 persons. See below for prices overview and further explanation.

*With a single entry visa you can only enter Vietnam one time. If you leave Vietnam you are not allowed to re-enter. If you want to re-enter you need to apply for a new visa again and this will take a few days. Also please note that at the border you can not get a visa! You have to work with the embassy or via an agent like us.  

*With a multiple entry visa you can leave and enter the country as many times as you like during the time your visa is valid. You might like to visit some of the neighbouring countries for a few days and wish to return to Vietnam. In that case select a multiple entry visa.

*Service Fee: This is the fee we will charge you to arrange for the visa. This includes various administrative tasks and several visits to the immigration office to submit the visa request and to collect the visa approval. The service fee you can pay to us by credit card, paypal or by bank transfer.
Standard delivery time is 2.. 3 working days. If you want your visa on arrival delivered on the next working day, before 6 o'clock PM UK time, you can order a RUSH visa (additonal fee of US$20,-).

 
*Stamp Fee: This is the official visa price set by the Vietnamese government. The Stamp fee you pay in cash in US$ to the immigration officer at the airport on arrival. Please do not forget to bring enough cash US$ with you!
