Processing time
Typical processing time of your visa request will be 2 to 3 working days and is based on the processing time of the Vietnamese immigration office. Processing time counting starts at the next business day from the moment we receive your payment. The immigration office might delay or request for additional information at their discretion thereby affecting the processing time.

Fees and payments
You agree to pay the service fee for the product(s) you purchase at Visa-for-Vietnam. If you choose to pay your service fee by credit card you accept that your credit card will be billed after online verification takes place. Payments related to the processing of your visas upon arrival in Vietnam at the airport (Stamp fee) are not within our responsibility. Prices for Stamp fee as mentioned on our website are for indication only and are subject to change by the Vietnamese government.

Visa rejection, cancellations and refunds
We waive any responsibility in delay or cancellation of any booked arrangements (for example flights, tours, accommodation) for your trip to Vietnam if your visa application is delayed or not accepted by the Immigration office in Vietnam. We waive any responsibility and are not liable for any damages whatsoever related to your trip to Vietnam if your visa application is delayed or not accepted by the Immigration office in Vietnam.
In case your visa request has been declined by the Immigration office we will refund you the visa fee you have paid to us unless we have evidence that the information you have provided to us is incorrect or false.
If you decide to cancel your visa application any time after you have paid for the visa fee we will not refund you unless there are exceptional circumstances. To claim for an exceptional circumstance you should immediately notify us in writing or email. We will reserve the right not to accept your claim.
The visa you apply for through our website is only valid for arrival by air at the airport and on the dates mentioned in the visa-approval-letter. If you arrive at a location or on a date other than mentioned on your visa-approval-letter your entrance to Vietnam might be refused. We will waive any responsibility if you are refused and will not refund you if this occurs due to the former mentioned reason.
